To add to what [@l0ck0n] says: Since your character is from the past, he would have had to travel forwards in time in order to get to where we are in time, which is kind of a big no-no according to the rules. We do not travel forwards. We all travel backwards. Your character can't be from the future because Scarlett doesn't want any future characters, your character can't be from the past because that means you would have had to travel forwards to be able to interact with us, which, per the rules and the GM's previous decisions, is also unacceptable.

Also, while I'm thinking of it. [@ScarlettWaters16], is there a limit for how long our characters can stay in a time period that is not their own? (You can PM me the answer if you would rather.)
