First off, maybe try reading the IC? Most people further up the beach and moving [i]away[/i] from the water, whereas your guys are sitting down in the surf. Furthermore, you can't just come in and expect everyone to fawn all over you, especially when people are already interacting with other characters and your dudes have done nothing to approach anyone.
