If Googer, Hugs, and I all had the same wrong impression, I think it'd be fair to say it wasn't very well established. 

Is there anyway we can tweak this? If the war ended ten years ago, I kind of have to scrap everything I have, which would suck because that'd make the only post in the rp as of now obsolete. I can probably (grudgingly) get away with the war ending five years ago. But but a ten year change means that characters are in a different part of their lives.
