His eyes get bigger at the announcement of a dragon Pokemon. He'd never seen such a thing before. At mention of his knowledge, Timothy smiles and says, "Yep, and I plan to catch all the frog Pokemon in the world. This is Kero, he's a Froakie. He uses bubbles to protect himself and is going to evolve into a Frogadier some day." 

Keroma pats the bubbles on his chest and croaks in agreement. 

"Are you a dragon expert?" Timothy asks, looking back down at the dratini.
