Well, I think it should be B. My character is B and he's got really good illusions, but that's about it. Also, potato's character is the a really good technopath who is weakened without technology and is rank A, so I think it's at least B. Based on powers, at least.

Actually Ruby dies without technology but yeah! Look guys, I've said it before and I'll say it again: the description of the rankings are only a rough guide at the end of the day and I'd much prefer if you ranked your character by just how powerful you think their powers are! For example, Ruby couldn't even fight Friction never mind destroying a city-block but she's still incredibly powerful (with extreme flaws) so I chose A-Rank. Look Act, we can only advise so go for what you want to go. If you do decide, that's the end of this debate!
