It's not bad though I would like to see just a little more on the personality and history if possible, not much but just a few more sentences for each. Like how did he stay hidden from the DUP, did his father keep him in doors or was he just good at keeping his powers on the low? After all you don't have to have your character ever be at Curdon Cay but if they weren't ever at the Cay how exactly did they hide from the DUP. 

Then I must ask the power to be either Technology or Metal not slash both, I'm a bit of a stickler on the whole only one power thing and I view technology and metal being two separate things entirely.
Other then that it looks fine.
