No problem with most of that, the only one I want to ask about is the choker was so I can have something physically  try to stop her from killing someone just for food. If it's just an antimagic collar, not really anything stopping her from attacking someone unawares physically. Other than that I can see the reasoning behind, I'd imagine the choker would adjust to fit if she shapeshifted. Although I never said it could so I see part of the problem there. 

Edit: also Amon doesn't have any illusion, I never put that in the cs, opting to play into the vampire-ish nature to let Amon be able to give out her energy to others, no matter how rare that may happen due to her selfish streak.

The magic leeching would only be viable in areas rich in magic, such as sacred areas and the school, if only for how many practitioners gather there. But if you want the leeching taken out, I'm fine with that.
