[*] Shavra - No real sense of where Sharva stands in the hierarchy and politics of the Pantheon. The character sheet ignores all the various incarnations of the moon. The clairvoyance thing has little relation to his moon afiliation, and the winter thing is similarly inconsistent with the idiom. The character is a bunch of powers without any connection. 
[*] Arkho - conflict with Dihira's profile as a librarian and keeper of secrets. Need a better sense of where he stands in regards to the pantheon and its politics. Seeing as Ventu was coined as the first, that is also in conflict with the established canon. Since he apparently came -after- humanity, he's definitely not the eldest. ('He came to be when man first looked upon the stars and said, "I wonder."') Also, there's been a lot of wars; Aroesus and family settled them and created a lasting peace, though it clearly is not without its flaws, particularly as Aroesus increased his power and authority at the expense of his sanity. I'm somewhat uncomfortable with the way you throw the creation of Nasan Falls in there, as that may well touch on another player's character more completely and you two should probably work that out.
[*] Dihira - Svanus was murdered well after Ventu was cast down, as Aroesus became less concerned with the well being of their creation and more concerned with maintaining their rule. Also, Sileon was kept asleep through that for fear that he might back Svanus.
[*] Dinn - Is he the guardian of the gates of the Nasan? In which case, they'd be the Gates of Dinn. Maybe he's responsible for funnelling the souls to various locations in the underworld, as a judge. That gives room for Fair Lady to manuever with her character bringing the souls in. The Underworld is split up into multiple parts because, yeah, I don't want any one character running it completely.
