Also, is there a reason the northern continent is more advanced than the southern continent? And where do our resources come from. Is everywhere just rich in sulphur, iron, coal etc.? Is the southern continent lacking in this, and the Red Dragon is just the exception? Who invented the gun, and who improved it so? Where was the machine gun invented? I assume the Red Dragon invented their own, seeing as it is fucking far away and I don't see the northern continent sailing across the sea just to sell experimental, highly-dangerous weapon secrets that have only really been in development the last decade or so to a """"primitive""" southern """tribe""". Acier has free trade rights, so maybe they would, but most nations do not sell their military secrets to just anyone, especially arming people they may want to conquer soon.
