Personality: "a stranger is a friend you haven't met yet!" is the Motto You could use to describe this young gentleman, Nathan is a very friendly person, always trying to lighten people up doesn't matter the situation, if you give him a meter he'll go a mile, but being this friendly and optimistic he is very gullible  and sometimes easy to manipulate. He has high respect for the law and rules that are set, which makes sense that he was an example Prisoner at Curden Cay. And thinks that the reapers need to be dealt with BEFORE we try and take down the syndicate  

Biography: Nathan is fresh out of Curden Cay after he was sent there three years ago after he filled his entire house with steam, killing his abusive father. After being released he went back to the town were it all happened to reconnect with his sister and mother. When he got there he was rejected by his Mother and surrounding family blaming him for his sisters Suicide. After months of trying to be welcomed  he moved to New York City where he decided he would become a super hero like Cole Macgrath. After a few weeks of stopping  petty crimes and serial killers The reapers showed up again, a gang from Empire city. And has been trying to get Intel on them since.    

Power: Steam manipulation

Power-: Heat generation: Nathan can heat up surrounding liquids. 

Steam Mimicry: able to turn into steam for short periods of time to go through vents,Fences,pipes etc

Steam shot: Nathan shoots a  ball of steam at an enemy, burning them

Shotgun Steam: Nathan shoots a few steam shots at once.

Steam bomb: A ball of steam which the outer layer is hardened  so when it hit's something it shatters and explodes, acting like a Molotov.

Steam thrustors: Nathan can lift himself and glide for a period of time.

Steam pressure: Nathan can shoot a beam of pressurized steam doing severe burn damage.

Geyser Creation: using surrounding moisture and bringing it under ground  and then making it explode upwards. Easier done when Water is already underground.
