Don't get me wrong, Drew can still shoot -- just most his experience is in deals gone bad, and street shootouts -- not combat against trained soldiers.  So it's quite likely he'll drag a team down, and he's gonna be honest about that if someone asks.  If another body is necessary, or he's needed for something on the ground besides fighting, he'll have no problem going.  He's just going to try to avoid combat as much as possible.
