The ability to manipulate the properties of distance, size, shapes, or anything that can be considered "space" from a physical/mathematical standpoint. His area of effect is anywhere that can be considered "within his field of vision", and areas targeted by his power need not be in that range at the same time. Naturally, as dimensions and proportions are key to this ability, the owner of this ability can discern them at a glance.
