Alright, let me get this right. Your city is a hundred square kilometres, and looking at that map, the sea is about the same, right? 

Feck it. This is a fantasy RP first and foremost, to Hell with Earth logic. You have yourself a mountain sea, my friend... not sure I'd trust the safety of a naturally built tomb myself, but hey ho! 

As for its placement, I've edited the Highlands region (top right corner) to include a new little "water feature". Its location makes sense, with regards to the island's geography, so that's the best I can do for you. Lemme know what you think:

As for the rest of you, I'm loving the early apps. I hope the sheets are okay, I'm afraid they were a bit of a rush job. I'll iron them out to include any missing details once I've got the next lot of the RP made.
