Well I actually have no problems with it. In my opinion you've done a good job balancing your powers with your weakness. Just fix your pictures, add what you need to complete it, and you have a fine application. I will accept it when it is done.

As for the previous two applications I will look at them soon, but I decided to work my way up from the bottom this time and address a long waiting app. Hopefully I'm keeping things consistant. Expect answers sometime today.

A very odd character, he's insane but he just wants to have fun? Sure. But I am slightly confused by his powers, on whether they are balanced perfectly or if he's to weak. I'm not to sure how this will work out, maybe i'm just needlessly confused, but for now I will accept.
