The Snow Star thing is more or less a pet name that her older brother gave her after he found out about her powers. Once she developed them more, she accidentally began turning rain into snow and that's how he started calling her that. And what's wrong with the personality? I can change it if you would like... I was thinking that she was going to be kind of like a Beast Boy personality. I can change and make her more serious if you would like, like more of a Robin or Raven personality.

River tends to take everything seriously and does not like to mess around. Each time a job needs to be done, she will get that job done. She is loyal to her fellow teammates. She tries not to mess around, but she does enjoy a good video game now and then. Her way of relaxing is training out on the water with her powers. She also tries to push herself to her physical limits so the more that she goes, the better that she will become. When it comes to a team, she will be a team player and follow the leader, but she prefers to be the leader herself at time. She gets frustrated when she does not do something right and pushes herself harder if she does something wrong. She is not afraid to speak her mind and has a very short fuse when it comes to anger. She prefers to be called “Snow Star” rather than just “Star” or “Snow”.

I do actually prefer the first one better, but this is an OC so her personality can be anything, it's you and you alone that controls her. I don't have a real problem with her personality, I probably only thought it was iffy at the time because I was busy. Sorry if I've caused some trouble.
