As the oddish prepared to take the energy from his foe, it oddly begins to cry before she even managed an attack! Having no rebuttal it stopped it's own move in confusion and casually looked to the trainer who was busy face palming. "Come on now, he's not really crying, it's a hoax, he's a quack" he Blatantly retorted to the blank expression of his pokemon, who now set it's adorable stance. "look, just use your charm attack please?" He asked politely as his oddish nodded. Spinning into a trip to the ground it's attack failed and Hakobo only grew more angry. "I suppose this will be a short battle..." He dully muttered to himself.
