"Oh I know that Taiga, but my apology was directed more at the boss... Not at you. I don't have time to waste on little demons who do not trust me..." Turning her gaze away from him she focused once more on her book though the words she was trying to read were no longer registering thanks to her annoyance at the fact that she was being judged by her past, "I may be a Fallen Angel, but you need to learn to get over that. I am a demon as well, and the fact that you are judging me by the actions of my old brothers and sisters is beginning to wear quite thin on my patience." No longer able to focus on her novel she shut it throwing it to the other side of the couch as her gaze turned to look out the window beside where she sat. Reaching out her hand she placed it gently on her familiars back her perfectly manicured nails gently scratching at his fur as she continued to stare out at the grounds of the school trying her best to focus on what was being said behind her catching words here and there though she was barely interested anymore in anything that was going on, it was that time again... That time when they would need to go out and start making contracts, and while that sounded like an easy task it could be anything but, humans were a stubborn race not to mention they weren't exactly the smartest race in existence either. Scratching a little harder on his back as a sign she felt Mahiro slip away from her side as he moved to grab a small pile of flyers from the larger pile, pushing herself away from the couch she took the flyers from him not bothering to stop and wait for the others as she moved on her way, "Let's go Mahiro... I wish to walk off the ignorance of others." Lifting her hand up she ran her fingers through her long dark brown wavy locks ruffling them slightly in hopes of giving them more volume as she slipped back out the door leaving the rest of the group behind as she moved through the halls and out into the streets the red and white fox following closely at her heels, "Kaelani... Why do you not do something about what he thinks of you? If he believes you to be a monster like the others, why not just do so?" Narrowing her eyes she shot a glare in his direction causing him to pause his step for a moment, "Because I am not cruel like them. Simple as that."
