Victor was just in the process of drying his hair with a towel when he heard the announcement by the ruler of china himself, quite interesting to be honest. It was in relation that all foreigners should go to this building named C2, and there, there would be 2 ESpers, this did pique his interest, back in Japan he knew of one although only in passing. Victor decided that he would go to this building and see what the fuss was about. He quickly dried himself off and shook his hair about a bit until it was in a position he liked, and he snapped open one of his suitcases, it contained some of his favouite wear, all of which is formal. He donned a a white, cotton buttoned shirt that was short sleeved, some straight black trousers, a gray waistcoat that had a black silk back, and Finally a dark navy blue mac, made from a very fine cotton. Victor looked at himself in a mirror and smiled slightly. I sure know how to dress well. Now, there was only a few things left, and one of them of great import. Victor pulled a very special belt from his suitcase, and wrapped it around his waist, but left it unbuckled for now, first he walked over to the the large metal container that was laid beside his King sized bed. This container in question is what caused a slight debacle down stairs in the lobby as it contained Victors Masamune Katana, he was unsure about the specific laws on swords in public, he doubted there would be much of an argument however, the firearm law stated that you were allowed to carry it so long as it was licensed to your name and that you didn't partake in beverages whilst having it on you. He assumed the same law counted for any other weapon on ones person; within reason. So, he put the code into the lock and then the key he always carried on him. And with a mechanical click the top opened up and inside there was a beautiful sight, an onyx black, lacquered wood Saya (Scabbard), the wood in question was a tarnished Ebony. The smell it gave was equally beautiful and alluring on the senses as the sight was. Taking the Katana out of its secure, temporary home he placed it where it belonged, clipped to the belt around his waist. One could see the insignia upon the hilt of the blade of the Masamune family, he doubted anyone would recognise it as one would have to be well taught in the art of Japanese blades and their history, as the blade in question was over 6 centuries old, and yet it was stronger and sharper than any blade that could be crafted with today's technology; this is why they cost so much. After putting his leather shoes on Victor straightened himself out and made sure he had everything he needed. Wallet, phone, some form of ID and more than enough money to see him to his destination and back. Victor began walking down stairs after leaving his room, deciding against the lift as he fancied the exercise. Chances are he'd not be doing a single session of Kendo for quite some time, so he'd get any excuse for some exercise where he could get it. A few minutes later and a discussion with the security as to why the scanner started beeping, he was on his way to the building that was named C2, the receptionist said that it was only a 20 minute walk away if you took the route she suggested. And so he did, the fresh air and walk would do him some good.
