Okay some new rules and my whole ruling on this matter.

Due to the nature of what was said by Samebito to Wilson I am going to excuse him from a warning this time, although this is the only time I shall do so, so next time regardless of what happens it is a warning Wilson. 7.Do not insult anybody in the RP, in PM or OOC, not only is it against the RP rules it is against forum rules. If someone insults you, do not respond back with a insult, report the nature of the material to the mods and let them handle it. If anybody is caught insulting, its a instant-ban from the RP. I do not want to tolerate that shit, we are supposed to be a small little family of RPers making a good story, not people insulting each other.
