Alright, before I send in my orders, I was wondering if there is anyway I can figure out the state of my country (I'm Australia.) I joined just before the crash, when the game was on hold. I just don't want to be spewing orders without knowing what's up with my nation. 

Also, just to be clear, Australia is a secondary power, yes?
