Powers/Equipment: He has the ability to teleport short distances, as well as having superior sense of smell and hearing. He can see in the dark as perfectly as in daylight. He also can manifest fangs and claws in his human form. His beast form has the added advantage of two long tentacle like protrusions that come out of his shoulderblades. These tentacle are tipped with hundred of needle sharp barbs that secrete an immensely potent paralytic poison, so powerful that the paralysis normally kills it's victims by stopping their lungs from breathing. He also possesses quick reflexes and perfect balance.

Personality: Casper has a dark sense of justice and tends towards vigilantism. He has no qualm about killing those he believes deserve it, and even enjoys the kill. However, he has a soft heart that he hides behind a cynical and harsh sense of humor. He is not very good at controlling his emotions, but tends to think things through before he acts. He can be very cruel and devious in his retribution upon others who he believes have slighted him. He is very courageous, and stands up for those who cannot stand up for themselves, exuding an aura of arrogance and spite for the "trash" of the world.
Bio: Casper is, as far he knows, the only one of his kind. He never knew his mother and his father was a horrible and abusive man, who Casper eventually killed when he was only 12 years old while in the course of defending himself. He has been wandering from place to place since then, always in hiding,exacting vengeance on those who have caused real harm to others. However, when he heard of the "Steel Fish" group and how they were inducting new members, he decided he would see about joining them. 
Other: Casper loves cats and dogs equally, which is unusual for his kind, since most dogs tend to hate the smell of him. He can often be seen trying to rescue or feed strays, like himself. He will even now and again smuggle kittens or puppies into buildings that he is staying, until he is eventually found out.
