Educational costs and civic projects tend to be cheap. Industrialization -Semi-Industrialized: An established industrial complex is present in the nation. Domestic Technology -Obsolete: The industrial infrastructure and domestic technology level of the nation lags behind, though that does not necessarily mean that the stuff it produces is bad, it's just old-style tech; milled and forging as opposed to metal stamping, more wood than plastic, etc, etc. High technology production requires foreign training and foreign experts. Shadow, your roll would've been ridiculously good for a balance of Quantity and Quality, if it wasn't for pop and tech. Tech leans towards Quantity, but pop forced either Quality or outnumbered total force. Sorry, too many war games gave me the urge to comment that roll :PIndeed. I was hoping for a balanced nation. :P

Education costs and civic projects range from affordable to expensive. The nation requires a stronger economy to sustain itself. Industrialization -Developing: In the initial stages of setting up factories to produce domestic goods; cheap labor. Domestic Technology -Modernizing: The industrial infrastructure is in the process of improvement, and this is a teething process. But the economy is seeing increased activity because of this investment. New technologies are becoming domestically available. Would my domestic tech be on par with an African nation? By estimate how big would my population be? Here is my map claim. http://i.imgur.com/GllHrvT.pngWell, say you are the equivalent of an African nation that was a British colony. You have some industry left over from the colonial administration that you now run, but it's like India producing Lee Enfields in the 1960's; it's a weapon, but it's hardly modern. Your country is a generation behind, pre-WWII, in terms of industrial process. (WWII was one of the great pushes forward in that.) Of course, with the mineral deposits you own, I'm sure you can quickly sell rights off in return for more modern stuff. But, of course, you might want to beware the devil in the details of such agreements with larger powers. ;)
I prefer a religion; they're more volatile.
Um...eh...er My philosophy is that they are destined by evolution rather than god to be supreme... Sounds volatile-ish to me at least. Also, for slaves I was thinking they would take an IQ test that would determine their standing. The civil war was a revolt of the dumb.So long as it's an ideology that has a problem getting along with others, I suppose I can settle. I need to see more details on how this puts your military at odds with your population, however, before I sign off entirely.
Awesome.
