Yeah, it is one of the simpler techniques. ... There should be some form of limiter to prevent people from using it constantly in combat, idk.

Yeah, the Shunshin is a simple technique that most people just learn. I specified that Satoshi has specifically worked to master it, however, and has formed the Shunpo; which makes Shunshin actually viable and useful in combat. The regular Shunshin, I think, requires a hand-seal, and a few seconds to form the chakra, and even then, you have to focus on the location to go to, and due to it's inefficiency in combat, it's only used for long distance travel. ^^ Source: A minute of wiki-ness

Hmm, is that so? Odd, from what I remember in the anime, people just disappeared when they felt like, LOL. If that's the case, then, no problem. "Yo, hold on just two seconds, I will use sunshin," *kunai to the face*

Lol yeah a lot of high-leveled ninja can disappear just with raw speed, but at times sprinting seems human-speed in the Naruto realm. Quite a few plot holes, that anime has. From the pad: by the way it's not specifically learned by academy students lol. most genin don't rlly know it unless they've researched it or it's taught by a clan member. i put it in my cs and i guess people thought that it's learned by every student. lol But I think I can accept everyone having it. Older Genin and Tense Times, after all.

Well, the wikia does list it as a D rank technique anyway, most of those should be sorta standard, together with the E ones.

Don't you worry your edgy little head off~ I'll be watching eternally. If someone spams jutsu like they're crazy, I'll catch 'em. I made sure to read each strength and weakness, so that I can be on the lookout for these things. I've also read over each of our techniques.
