"Keeping that in mind, the first thing we need to do is figure out where someone like him would go about procuring a horse in this city, and if possible, where he's getting his armor and shoehorses made. It's possible he had them made elsewhere and then imported, so we can't afford to neglect the possibility that this Ghoul is a foreigner. Keeping that in mind, we're looking for an upper middle class male, possibly of American or North-Eastern European descent, who does frequent business with blacksmiths, motorcycle enthusiasts and chop shops, and probably veterinarians as well.
