Skills and Expertise: Griswold is exceptionally skilled at maintaining the logistics of an organization as massive as Peacekeeper Branch G1. His charming personality and lack of power work wonders for all his diplomatic endeavors, simply because his comparatively-godlike opponents often underestimate him. Otherwise, Theodore is as physically-fit as a regular human deep into his 40s on a diet largely consisting of sugar and fats.

Backstory (at least a paragraph, explaining how it came to be that you joined the Peacekeepers): Born in the heart of a low-discrepancy Ideal Universe's New York, the Griswold family has always been populated with policemen. Theodore's father was a policeman, same as his grandfather and great-grandfather. Griswold was poised to join the NYPD himself, just before the Guardians made contact.

 After the routine first-contact jitters for most low-discrepancy Earths, Griswold decided to opt out of joining the NYPD in favor of joining the Peacekeepers. Though he had no special powers whatsoever, his dogged determination and genetic knack for policing earned him the respect of then-commissioner Mike Haggar. After a decade-and-a-half of continuous service, Griswold finally took the role of commissioner at Haggar's behest. Griswold has kept this position for ten years, a venerable amount of time for such a high-stress job.

Personality: Griswold is gruff, knows no nonsense, and has been jaded through years of politicking and turmoil. Behind his crusty exterior is... and even crustier interior. Griswold will spare no breath to let one of his men understand just what they did wrong. As a critical, foul-mouthed, perpetually exhausted shell of a man, Theodore Griswold is not a man to be trifled with. 

Universe of Origin: An alternate universe Earth. The difference between this earth and most others is largely negligible, beyond a [i]slight[/i] difference in how World War 2 ended. All hail God-Emperor Einstein!
