Well Mana i can't approve your CS because im not GM nor am i Co-GM. But i can give you a few pointers om how to strengthen your CS.

For starters: Raltz can be male or female, its not a gender neutral species or gender specific. 

2) By abilities Ampharos meant, you know, the actual abilities that the pokemon knows: for example Houndour knows Blaze and Early Bird. You can pick both abilities that your pokemon will typically know. The OP provides a link to bulbapedia for you to look these up c:

3) Ampharos is looking for phrases that describe your characters concept and troubles, for example: "Lonely Warrior" as a concept and their trouble is "Fretful Hypochondriac" and then a description following both, describing what you meant by said phrases.

4) And this is kind of major: you have a few spelling mistakes and grammar issues in your CS, but a quick read through is all you need to fix them. We understand people may rush when posting and make mistakes, it happens to everyone, but in a CS like for this RP we want as much clarity as possible. Ampharos wants the CS's to be on point when it comes to grammar and the like.

And finally the limit for each approach is 3. So you can't give one of the approaches a 4, you feel me?
