1) Your source of that? Yes, they have been watching, but I didn't read or hear anything about them stepping in anywhere.
2) I didn't specify, maybe it couldn't have been. But as I said, nevermind, I will admit to this only being a character I was testing for something else and some of the pointers actually helped >_>
