Standing there for about a minute silently, Jayce blankly stared at the woman who insulted him...twice in about a minute. Sighing deeply, he simply took the berry and said: [b]"Could have explained earlier."[/b] before he popped it into his mouth. Swallowing it, he rolled his shoulders as he felt...slightly better. Jayce didn't have much magical energy to begin with, so getting it back wasn't that too big of a change as opposed to losing it. Rubbing the back of his neck with his artificial hand, he said: [b]"And, my name's Jayce....and I had a perfectly good reason to go in there."[/b] Thinking for a moment on what the woman said, Jayce realized she'd said Edolas...he'd recalled reading about it somewhere...never mattered much to him.

Humming, he asked: [b]"...So...you uh, mentioned a counterpart? What do you mean?"[/b]
