The brain would be Bo's best bet. Even if it didn't grant him the biokinesis powers, it would enable him to continue eating Jaden's body now that Jaden is dead as dead can be. If he knew of Jaden's weakness, he wouldn't eat him as it would cancel out his power/effectively kill him if he were to continue utilizing it. If he were to kill and eat Jaden, it would either be with the intention of either dying shortly after or the satisfaction that metas were no longer providing him new powers.
Jaden's as safe as Owlman in regards to Bo's eating habits. And Bo is not the type to kill for sport.
Though, even as I write this I'm not so sure. If he's not actively absorbing a meta via biokinesis, would he still be ill effected by Jaden's inability to absorb metas? Bo can only have one power that requires input active at a time and I can't imagine Biokinesis and its passive would be in effect if he were not actively using it. And it's possible that he could cancel out the passive effect of biokinesis with his meta dampening power.
