Hi, this is a revamp of an old Naruto Rp created by Ves. This Rp is going to follow the laws of Naruto, but will take place in a different universe, almost identical to that of the world of Naruto except the events that happened in Naruto i.e. the Mass murder of the Uchiha clan, or any clan for that matter. Original: "Hello, and welcome to my Naruto role-play. This will take place in an alternate universe, meaning that it avoids any canon characters entirely, but the standard countries and villages; I.E Konohagakure, Kumogakure, Sunagakure, Iwagakure and Kirigakure. Otõgakure has never existed, while Amegakure has been created by a, so far, unknown man. The time-line is roughly around the same time Naruto begins, so therefore, no new technological advancements have been made. This role-play will focus on the genin of Konohagakure; their rise, their ups and downs, and their journey into becoming worthwhile shinobi to serve their village. (While this role-play is Konoha focused, those who came from other villages are accepted as long as they have an explanation on how they came to Konoha)" - Ves

You are the light of the future. Nine children will soon become a Genin. They will be split into three squads, and each squad will have a Jounin teacher joining them. The story will start with the Jounins meeting the Hokage - setting Konohagakure. Afterwards the Jounins are to go to the class room in which the students would already be in. • 1. No Godmodding. This includes invulnerability to damage, and one hit kill moves.
• 2. 1 Chakra nature, 1 use of element. This rule applies at the Genin stage only. Afterwards you can choose to add an element or gradually add elements to your character, but they better have a legitimate excuse for doing so. I will allow dual chakra natures such as Scorch, and Storm, but you will have to choose whether your character is going to use Schorch, fire, OR wind. You cannot choose more than one. After Genin, I will consider the idea of 2 or mastering more, as they do in the Manga/Anime. Furthermore your characters will not be able to use any element jutsu that is outside of their mastered elements at ANY point in the RP. That is common sense, as casting jutsu is conjuring up your chakra.
• 3. Jinchuuriki's are accepted, but realize they may die halfway through the Rp. Much like how the Akatsuki used the Biju's, the villans of this Rp are seeking them as well. Furthermore, if you still decide to create a jinchuuriki, as a Genin, your character CANNOT control its ability nor can s/he gain any benefits from the jinchuuriki, with the exception of them losing control of their jinchuuriki (however take this with a grain of salt.)
• 4. Techniques: As a Genin, you should have mastered all your E-rank tech. As for D-rank techs, I am allowing 3 to start, or you can trade the three D-rank for ONE C-rank, and it better be followed by a good explanation (example: Uchiha, coming of age learn the fireball tech).No B-rank and above at Genin level whatsoever, and no C-rank either except for the already learned jutsu if you choose to do so! Also I will allow custom techniques, but they will count as two D-rank techs. Furthermore you can sacrifice 3 E-rank tech to gain extra D-rank tech to start out. However that means your ninja would not have trained at the academy or learned a different way. Remember that your characters will start out weak, but grow stronger gradually until reaching super strength (if you survive long enough that is).
• 5. As this is an alternate universe, the Uchiha Massacre did not happen, and other clans that were 'extinct' are still alive. However a note on the Uchiha clan, the use of sharingan at this point is only for predicting moves better, and will be limited heavily on the amount of time available to use. This is at the beginning of their journey, and goes for all the custom techs as well.
• 6. Adhere to my words. This Rp is going to be following the rules of the anime many times. Feel free to challenge what I say in terms of ruling, but be sure to back it up with evidence from the manga/anime. Nevertheless my word is final, so please listen.

Name: Kossetsu Kaguya Age: Nine. (9) Almost ten. Birthplace: Unknown. Clan: Kaguya Weight/Height: 91 / 4'10 1/2 Rank: Genin Kekkei Genkai: Shikotsumyaku, or Dead Bone Pulse. Chakra Nature: Earth Techniques: Kossetsu's Kekkai Genkai techniques are focused mainly on 'dances' named after flowers, due to the speed, grace, and lethalness. He doesn't have a wide variety, like previous Kaguyas before him, but it's because he focuses on mastering his current dances before moving on to different ones. The Dance of the Rose Petals - Kossetsu pulls a long, thin, and razor-sharp bone rapier from his left fore-arm, pulling it out from his palm first. He then stabs and jabs at the opponent, each jab becoming faster and faster until his arm is practically a blur, the after-images of his arms making a haze that oddly looks like that of a rose petal. The Dance of the Dandelion Seeds - Kossetsu pulls two of his ribs out, the bones turning into two scimitar-like blades. This dance focuses on confusing movements and agility, nearly like the fluttering seeds of a Dandelion, with Kossetsu using odd, yet agility-heavy movements and spins with his blades. Ten-Finger Drill Bullets - Hardened bone pellets are shot from Kossetsu's finger-tips, blasting forward at a fast pace, all the while spinning in a drilling movement for extra speed and puncturing capability. Due to the regeneration of his fingertip bones, this allows for a large barrage, although it is depended on his chakra. Weapons/Tools: Kossetsu possesses the standard ninja tools, hidden in a pouch on his pants. This includes ninja-wire, shuriken, and kunai, along with exploding tags. He has a few summoning scrolls, filled with different clothing Weaknesses/Strengths: Strength-wise, close combat is literally where Kossetsu comes in. His talent, along with his Kekkai Genkai, naturally makes close combat especially easy for the young child. His skills with weaponry is top-notch, and he rather enjoys using his bones to skewer and decapitate opponenets; something people find rather...odd about the Kaguya. Combined with his natural speed, agility, and reflexes, it makes him extremely deadly in close-quarters. On the Weakness-side, however, it is mental. His clan was killed in front of him; every single one, by invading ninja, and this has made him...sociopathic isn't the correct word. Let's just say...fragile. He thinks of things most other children do not, and has a 100-mile stare that can creep out even the dead. Similarly, his Genjutsu is practically non-existant, and he isn't skilled in breaking out of them, either, although pain has been his number-one way so far. His ninjutsu is average, and he has been attempting to sharpen it. Personality: Growing up into a clan that were nothing but savage beasts, Kossetsu, obviously, 'rebelled' in the only way he knew how; being as peaceful as he possibly could. It was hard, very hard, and details in his history has changed him. Calm, tranquil, and almost 'shy' on the outskirts, it is actually not shyness. Rather, he is distant with everyone he meets, and although he is respectful on the outside, he is actually only treating others with coldness. He doesn't understand 'friendship', and despite being able to imitate emotions to some degree, he is generally confused about 'love' and 'kindness', having not experienced it much, if at all, in his life. Due to this, despite being quiet, when he talks, he may say something that is not morally 'right', thus creating confusion or anger. His face is always carefully apathetic, and once angered - which is incredibly hard - Kossetsu becomes like that of his clan; savage, wreckless, and bloodthirsty - a side-effect of his childhood. Backstory: Kossetsu was born into the Kaguya clan, somewhere near the Land of Iron. There, he was bred thusly for war; His father was the clan head, and his mother was the clan head's wife; obviously, the barbaric, bloodthirsty people of his clan thought that he would become the thirstiest of them all, and eventually lead them into greatness. True enough, Kossetsu was strong; a prodigy, one would say, in the manipulation of his bones, and in sparring in general. He was trained into the ground day after day by his savage father, while his mother watched from the sidelines, a brutal glint in her eyes. Day after day, hour after hour, physical and mental pain was brought onto the small boy. Eventually it became too much, and he refused. Refused to gut the training dummy. Refused to spar with his father. And, refused his clan. They were shocked, and outraged. He was thrown into the Kaguya Pits, and although he stopped himself from killing the slaves and bandits that were thrown in, he was injured, weakened, and beaten bloody every single day he spared their life; his father having stopped them before they could do the finishing blow. At the age of seven, he was broken. Spiritually broken. And that's when they tried it. His clansmen were a savage people. They had tried invasions before, and won, but this was foolhardy. Charging through the Land of Iron and pillaging for what it's worth? Imbeciles! Kossetsu managed to sneak away during their raid on a smaller ninja village called Tokunutsi, and had to fight his way out, barely managing to drag himself across the land. He barely made it to a caravan that were on their way to sell their goods to Konohagakure, and was brought to the hospital there, where the Council learned of his bloodline. News reached him a day later, whilst he was recovering in the hospital; the entirety of the Kaguya clan...dead...killed. He spared no tears, but sadness enveloped him. They were cruel. Ruthless. Violent. Savages...but they were all he had, and he was only a little boy. There, he decided, he would become a ninja, and eventually help the Shinobi World return to peace, so that no other blood will be shed. Since then, he has been enrolled into the academy, graduating early, at the age of nine, due to his skills. He lives in the newly-built, yet empty Kaguya Compound, and when he is of age, will be liable to marry a female to restart the clan. However, that is far into the future. Allies: Himself. Enemies: Those who challenge him, and threats to world peace.

Name: Megumi Sugimoto Age: 12 Birthplace: Sugimoto Estate (On the southern border of the Land of Fire) Clan: The Sugimoto clan was a clan who mostly sought to resolve any conflict with their supperior genjutsu. Having some of the strongest genjutsu in the world they were a clan who thought highly of themselves and had the pride to go along with it. Compared to the Uchiha or other big clans they weren't nearly as popular or even well known, seeing as they lived on the outer edges of the land of fire avoiding being involved with anything to do with the world for the most part. Due to this not all of their secrets were revealed to the world, and some wonder if even the Hokage knew all there was to know. Sadly though it wouldn't seem to matter. Fifteen years ago the Two-tailed Bijuu destroyed the entire Sugimoto estate killing off nearly all of them, and those that it didn't kill died from severe injuries within weaks, all but one. Weight/Height: 79lbs/4'7 Squad: Squad One Kekkei Genkai: Kagami yo-me (Mirror World Eye) is the Doujutsu of the Sugimoto clan. Through this ocular jutsu the Sugimoto clan invoke their superior Genjutsu which allows them to psychologically ruin their opponents in an instant at the highest levels, and perform even more advanced techniques, though these are a mystery to the rest of the world... Chakra Nature: Wind Techniques: Kagami yo-me: The D-S rank Doujutsu of the Sugimoto clan. The time this Jutsu takes to take affect depends on the level at which the user is at: D rank: 2 seconds of eye contact, C rank: 1.5 seconds of eye contact, B rank: 1 second of eye contact, A rank: .5 seconds of eye contact, S rank: Instantaneous. After the Jutsu takes effect on a victim the user can cast any form of genjutsu on the victim that they are currently capable of. Whether it's using an already existing Genjutsu or creating a false reality of their own making. The strength and durability of the genjutsu depends on the level of the user and also if the user tries to do too much with the ability at a low level the victim will likely be able to get out of the genjutsu easily. At this moment Megumi is at a C rank for this technique. Weapons/Tools: Senbon which are hidden in various locations on her person and coated in a narcotic hallucinogen. Weaknesses/Strengths: Skilled in Taijutsu Naturally gifted in Genjutsu due to her Kekkei Genkai Suffers from major depression and is prone to panic attacks which is all due to being alone her entire life and anyone she meets wants nothing to do with her. Isn't very good at ninjutsu though this is partially due to not being taught anything. Personality: Megumi tries to be happy and optimistic, but normally this is always shattered by her eternal loneliness or someone putting her down in one way or another, never the less Megumi keeps on trying to be positive no matter how many panic attacks she has or how hurt she feels emotionally. Backstory: Megumi Sugimoto was born into the Sugimoto clan. A clan which seemed to be unrivaled in Genjutsu. This didn't seem to help her clan when the Two-tailed Bijuu came after them. Basically wiping out Megumi's entire clan and what little did survive the attack dieing off from severe injuries. Being at the time one of the few survivors and nothing to really lose Megumi was chosen to be the Jinchuuriki for the newly captured Two-tailed Bijuu. Megumi grew up having the hopes of becomimg a ninja and hopefully making friends finally. Though without a family Megumi was forced to live off what she could get on her own. She was lucky enough that the Hokage gave her an apartment within the village, but a lot of the adults had an issue with her due to her being the Jinchuuriki. Megumi didn't let this kill her dreams and hopes, well at least after she got used to it. Because she felt so unwanted for the longest time Megumi didn't end up in the academy. Instead she trained on her own wanting to prove everyone wrong, and she was going to do it on her own!What she hadn't realised at the time was that she had no clue what to do for that. So she began working on Taijutsu alone not knowing what else to do. After years of soley practicing her tiajutsu Megumi eventually had her own free-styled taijutsu, and an above average speed to go with it. Then her Kekkei Genkai awakened. Her Kagami yo-me was something that everyone in her bloodline achieved, it might be a different age, but everyone had it. It was a way of proving you were a true Sugimoto. After she awakened it though, Megumi would secretely use it on villagers to practice her genjutsu, making significant progress. When she wasn't practicing that though it was back to taijutsu. Megumi had become even faster and on top of that the Hokage had finally found out about what she was doing for her secret training, both genjutsu and taijutsu. The Hokage seemed impressed at her progress especially since she had done it all on her own, though the Hokage also scolded her for how she trained her genjutsu. Eventually after a couple months more the academy students were going to be graduating, and the Hokage had decided that Megumi would be put into one of their squads. Hearing that was one of the happiest days of her life, and Megumi trained even harder for those last few months determined not to let them down. Allies: Anyone who accepts her.
