[b]History:[/b] Ramses is said to be the last remaining descendant of a once and powerful royal family of Panmundia that once made their home and empire within the Great Desert. The family was said to have controlled the majority of the desert-like regions of Panmundia and the coastal seas surrounding them. Not much more is known of this once great and forgotten rule, and its story has been lost within the sands of time. Ramses joined The Outlaws little over ten years ago and made his way up to an S-Rank due to his loyalty to the Guild and for him being one of the few animals to completely share in Tyrannus' view one hundred percent. He was also given a leader-like status and now runs the aquatic needs for the members whom are water bound.
