This bout shows how weak the average Precipicer is. Hugs gave up before it started. Keen froze to death mere minutes after going outside. Chapa forgot to drink anything. Veo just kind of bled to death for no reason. And I shat myself to death.

No, not exactly anyways. In exchange for smuggling weapons for Serbia as well as providing them funding and acting as a PMC if needed, the Mafiya was given free reign over Albania, but only Albania. Serbian military regularly has to fight the Mafiya to keep them out of actual Serbia.
