I had a couple actually. I'm going to be very direct with these idea so apologies if they're short, more would be revealed in a sheet. They would probably be arcs like event. I will edit this post as need as ideas flow.

A.) The Winter Countess and the Red Knight 
Foreign born and exiled from her own country for crimes against her own people and her late husband which if rumor is true would be unspeakable even in thought. A formal guest of court Harold. Though her stay has been prolonged and with the war and the death William and Brand, she offers a proposal to Harold. That she take Williams Estate and lands and in return she gives generously to Harold's cause and snuff out traces of Brand or uprising in the area. Though on the flip side of this coin, in order to do so would she would have to use... unorthodox methods to do so. Accompanying her is a giant of a man, a protector clad in red armor. Her sworn sword with immense strength, his reasons are unknown as he doesn't speak much but is brutal and bloodthirsty in his ways of serving her. Effectively ruling Williams lands in Harold's name while wrecking chaos while snuffing out the legacy of the two men.

B.) The Edgge Twins
The Edgge siblings known bounty hunters and mercenaries. Strange is an understatement went it comes to these two women, some say its a mental link between them but what ever it might be they know what the other is thinking and referring themselves as I instead of we. Brought in to oversee the mercenaries instilling order and hunt down any one of question in relation to Brand, no matter the relation. They came willingly and even suffered reduced pay for the services. Their true intentions are unknown and in truth Harold is skeptical of their hiring but come with a large reputation. 
(I'm thinking this one might merge with them into Brand's adoptive children.)
