Kossetsu's eyes were shadowed as he stayed in his crouch, listening to the man leave the Oasis. Without a word to his teammates, he slid into his standard meditative position, long white hair sliding back to reveal closed golden eyes. Opening one eye, he reached into the pouch on his side, withdrawing something from the satchel. It was a long, masterfully crafted length of bone, resembling that of a beautiful white flute. It was hollowed out, cleaned, and had the appearance of something beautiful, yet worn with years of activity. He rested it on his lap. "..." He was never one for starting conversations. "...We should formally introduce ourselves, as we will be teammates." There...short and sweet.
"I am Kossetsu Kaguya. My likes are meditating, peace, Megumi, and playing the flute. My dislikes are war, needless death -" His eyes forlornly gazed at the Oasis "And loud people. My strengths are weapon-fighting, taijutsu, and precision/accuracy. My weaknesses are genjutsu and...my anger. My dream is to one day...achieve World Peace." His calm, quiet voice stopped talking as soon as he finished, and his eyes moved to Tetsuo. Obviously, he wasn't used to talking so much at one time.
He sighed. Tetsuo wasn't one for Introductions, but if they were going to be teammates then no problem. "My name is Tetsuo Hyugā. I like to train a lot, eating Menma and...well I don't like many things. I dislike pushovers and Airheads and war as well, it all depends on what the war is waged on. I'm strong in Ninjutsu and Taijutsu but really weak with Genjutsu, I am able to notice the activation of a genjutsu easily thanks to my Byakugan, it all depends on the type of genjutsu. I'm weak with Genjutsu and I am reckless sometimes. I can also become emotionless, up to a state where I ignore everyone around me. I don't have any dreams, but if you consider becoming number 1 in the Hyugā a dream, then that is my dream." Tetsuo stopped speaking. He touched his left eye, feeling the scar under his eye. He began reminiscing but slapped himself out of it. "Your turn Megumi"
Giggling delightfully Megumi did a handstand for a few seconds then stood up again. "I'm Megumi Sugimoto! I like...Hmmm, I like making more friends! And uh...Peaches! Um...Oh and I like having fun! I hate when people try and put me down, or don't care about others...or enjoy causing pain...um...I guess I just like mean people...Oh as for things I'm good at, I'm gifted in genjutsu!" She perked up happy to have a talent no one else in the group had which was rare since most made her out to be a failure, "I also have a more freestyled taijutsu! Though it's probably not as deadly as the Hyuuga's gentle fist...But I won't let that stop me from becoming better! Things I'm not good at, well that's simple. I don't know a single ninjutsu!" She giggled merrily at this just because she found it somewhat funny. "As for a dream, um...I'd just like for people to just accept me for being me, and liking me for it...so nothing too special..."
Kossetsu nodded, a small, unseen smile forming on his lips as he listened to his two teammates introduce themselves. While it was a bit more descriptive then his own introduction, he absorbed all of the information, putting it in the back of his mind for future, easy access. "Nice meeting you two." He began, although he already knew Megumi quite a bit. Standing, Kossetsu stretched himself, before grasping his flute in his right hand. "From what I see, we are all capable of close-combat, long-ranged, and Genjutsu support." His smile became a slight smirk as his golden eyes observed the sky. "Very lucky, for us to all be in the same team." Kossetsu moved his eyes back down to his teammates. His stomach abruptly growled, and Kossetsu's face stayed passive, as if he was ignoring the existance of his hungry organ. The slight pink dusting his cheeks said otherwise, however. "Would you two like to visit the Akimichi Barbecue Hut for dinner?" He had too much money, regardless, and he was hungry, so it was a win-win.
Tetsuo nodded. He was getting hungry, I mean who wouldn't get hungry after you spent half of your day trying to find the Oasis, and got into a "small" problem afterwards. Then after that they had to fight his sensei which proved to be an even bigger pain, but an easier challenge than the Dog thing. Nevertheless Tetsuo was Impressed he was able to hold out this long, he usually can't rest without food ((He's like Goku but from Naruto)). His stomacb grumbled. "We should get going, are you coming Megumi?" Tetsuo said with a forlorn look.
'Real food? Like an entire meal! They're really just gonna get me that just cause...? Sweet!' Megumi did another hand stand because she just seemed to like doing them. "Of course I'm in!" She pushed off the ground flying over their heads landing gracefully giggling happily. "I'm starving!" It was a good day when she got a nice meal, but this was like the best meal she was ever going to have had her entire life! This was extremely exciting! Though she didn't want them to realize how little she got to do stuff like this, she didn't want them looking at her differently, though Setsu alreeady knew a little, but even he didn't know just how bad it really was for her.
Kossetsu was amused with the display of excitement, although his eyes were curious as he watched Megumi. Shrugging, and planning on thinking more on that plane of thought later, he allowed his sleeves to cover his hands. "Let's go." He murmured to the two, his mouth twitching upwards as he leaped softly onto the nearest treebranch. Moving with the momentum, he flipped nimbly through the air, the area around him quickly becoming a blur as they moved out of the Oasis. Sure enough, it only took a few minutes to get back into Konoha, and Kossetsu landed on the ground once the trees disappeared, and grass took over. Not many glances were thrown their way, but he did note the familiar glares of disgust that Megumi was thrown - although they seemed a lot less now that she was in his company. He stayed quiet, however, and opted to not say anything to worsen whatever situation she was in. He, instead, led way to the Barbecue Hut - a rather popular store that Choko Akimichi owned - a man that was well-known for his strength and love of food.
Entering through the door, and ignoring the small bell, Kossetsu favored the man with one of his too-small-to-see smiles, leading way to a table that was a ways away from the entrance.
Tetsuo waited for Kossetsu to leave and Megumi as well. He walked towards the lake and grabbed a small twig. He touched the pond utilizing the twig, which made a ripple across the pond. "Hey Grandpa, I'm doing well, I'm starting to earn myself some new friends. Hopefully you are proud of me still...I love you Gramps." Tetsuo shed a small tear, he wiped it off and followed behind Kossetsu. Today was his Grandpa's anniversary, 2 years since that fateful death that changed Tetsuo's life forever.
Along the way their Megumi couldn't help but flip a lot while going from tree to tree. Though she noticed that Tetsuo was being slow, but what could you expect, it's not like he was as fast as her anyway. Giggling lightly to herself she did two flips before landing and going again. After they were out of the trees though she was brought back to her sad reality when she kept getting the stares from people. It wasn't as bad as usual but it still hurt a little. She even to feel bad for Tetsu and Setsu...They didn't deserve to be dragged down with her. 'Maybe I should've just met them there...' Megumi thought to herself feeling terrible all of a sudden losing every ounce of confidence that had been built up. It was too late now, but she would have to remember to apologize heavily when she got a chance.
As they went to the table, Kossetsu couldn't help but...feel something in the air. Sitting down, he glanced at Megumi, noting that she had seemingly lost all of her confidence, and appeared almost...depressed? Turning back to their table - which also served as a grill for live grilling action - he sighed and speared a piece of lean steak to one of the sharp wooden sticks, pressing it against the grill with an audible 'sizzle'. Letting it cook, he turned his eyes back to Megumi, and then to the people around them. Sure enough, some civilians were staring, and doing a shitty job at hiding it, as well. He heard murmurs of 'monster', albeit they were extremely quiet, and he could even see some civilians looking a tad hostile.
The boy's eyes became shadowed, and he stared down at the now burning meat, golden eyes warping between golden, green, golden, green...before they suddenly stopped on a mix between the two. Grabbing the stick, Kossetsu sat it gently down on his plate before glancing to the right, where a group of six to seven burly civilian men had stood up abruptly. The boy paid no mind to the meat, and his eyes were once more shadowed. "Megumi...we are your friends, right?" His tone was the same calm monotone, but there was an underlying of ice. The men were now glaring, and 'subtly' grabbing different sorts of weapons - bats, clubs, and three or four had even grasped chairs. "Would you agree, Tetsuo?"
Tetsuo was showing a mix of emotions. Not to the question but to something else.
'50, and 40... That's how much huh?' Tetsuo looked back at Kossetsu. "I agree, even though we got off on the wrong foot, I consider you to be one of my few friends." Tetsuo sensed the civillains behind him. "OH, Say Megumi, once we are done here would you guys like to come over to my house?" Tetsuo stood up from his seat after asking the question. He stood in front of the table, like if he was acting like a watch dog, which he wasn't.
Once they'd sat down Megumi could feel the stares that were upon her. The murmering, all of it. She couldn't even look up just staring at her empty plate in front of her. She then heard people getting up and she shut her eyes trying not to cry from how terrible she felt. Tetsuo and Kossetsu were trying to be nice to her and now it was all going to be ruined...Then suddenly Setsu and Tetsu said something, she wasn't sure she heard them right either...'Friends...? Setsu
and Tetsu...?' She knew Setsu was her friend, but now Tetsu thought of her as his friend too? Megumi couldn't hold back all the tears anymore as some slid down her face, somewhat out of happiness, and some out of how terrible she felt. They were both staying here with her, and not just leaving her. Things can change, this proved it!
Kossetsu's eyes narrowed slightly as the tears rolled down her face, worried that, somehow, he had made the situation worse; not understanding that one could cry over happiness. As the large group of thugs got within the vicinity, he finally stood, long gray sleeves hiding his hands as the seemingly harmless, yet apathetic nine year old looked up at the apparent 'leader' of the mini-mob. A man with a flat mohawk and an even flatter face. Mostly out of internal disrespect, Kossetsu named the man 'Koi.'
"H-" Who did this man think he was? Kossetsu wasn't one for pre-battle dialogue; already, he could see the thugs converging around the table. Judging by the large 'crack', one of the men had kicked their own table away. The Akimichi civilian, that owned the store, wasn't in the shop...apparently he had ran away, or was hiding somewhere. Whatever. This was ridiculous, anyways. Without even saying a word as the man was rambling about 'dragons', Kossetsu simply crouched low, before pushing lightly off his feet. He sailed up a few feet into the air, and with a grace that was rather becoming of his stature, the Kaguya flipped back while lashing out with his foot, nailing the flat-faced man in the chin and sending him flying into the air, where he slammed against the roof of the establishment.
Landing silently in a crouch, on the upturned table, Kossetsu tilted his head, before disappearing in a sudden burst of speed.
The group of gangs became rowdy at the show of agression. They fipped over the tables in rage. "Where did the kid go?" one said to the other. The restaurant owner came over waving a check "Kiddos you forgot to pay- OH MY!" THe owner saw his retaurand being destroyed by these burly thugs. "What are you doing to my restaurant!" The owner came over angrily.
One of the burly men looked over. There were five of them. "Eh? Get out of here old geezer!" He said swating the man over. The poor owner, went flying back, landing over couple of flipped over tables. "Alright listen up!" The big one shouted. "Play times over! Where are you hiding the Descents? Eh?"
Tetsuo shook his head. "First it was the Old lady, then sensei and now these thugs?!" Tetsuo said getting a bit frustrated with how his day was going. He turned to see the Owner get thrown.
'I need to help him, but I can't leave Megumi behind....' Tetsuo scratched his head. He decided to stand guard by her until she recovered, from crying.
Kossetsu landed behind one of the remaining five thugs, golden eyes narrowed coldly as he striked the lanky man's solar plexus. Before he could cry out in pain and collapse, the Kaguya wrapped his lean, yet toned pale arm around the man's neck, bringing him down silently to the ground. "What are the Descents?" He had noticed the capitalization in the man's tone. Keeping his feet on the stunned and unconscious man's face, Kossetsu watched the burly man that had spoken earlier, body ready to move at a moment's notice.
Her body began to shake uncontrollably as everything seemed to get completely out of hand around her. Megumi hated that this all seemed to be happening just because she came into the room. "Just stop...Just stop all of this..." She muttered at a level that no one could really hear her over all the ruccuss. Even the manager of the establishment seemed to have been disrespected in his own place. Why did things always have to go so terribly around her? Why can't she just be normal? Is that too much to ask in this world?
"That's because, you have me. Keke~" said a voice in Megumi's head. She was transported into a place, a seal locking the doors. There two sharp eyes glared into her. "Keke~ Why don't you let me take over, darling~ It will be fun!"
While outside of Megumi's mind, the beefy thug shuddered as the young boy appeared behind him. He sweated a bit. "I see, so you are the Descent, dont lie to me boy!" he turned around with his now rock fist as he slammed down at Kossetsu. The rest of the four started causing a rampage. They threw tables, broke bottles, started scaring the customers. People ran away from the shop. But among all the conondrum there was one man sitting in the corner, his back towards the crowd. He was sipping sake and was a good feet or two away from them. Two thugs were in the way between Tetsuo and the man.
The Descent...what was this? Kossetsu's eyes narrowed; the rock fist was heavy and slow, but momentum made it a bit faster. Flipping backwards as the fist lightly tore through a piece of his shirt, Kossetsu turned with his leap and slid across the floor in an impressive display of agility, smoothly transitioning from the slide into a round-house kick that made the battle seem more like a dance, rather than an actual fight. The kick was fast, powerful, and precise, heading straight towards the man's fat head. "I don't know of any Descent."
Looking around confused at where she was Megumi saw the seal, and those eyes...What was happening? Why was she here? Then she heard the voice. She gazed over to the eyes as she responded still confused. "I doubt it's your fault." She closed her eyes giggling. She knew she was the last of her clan, and thus thought her isolation had always to have something to do with that. So this creature trying to take blame was a sweet thought, but went against what Megumi believed to be true. "Oh how rude of me! My name is Megumi by the way! And I couldn't possibly have fun with you right now, my friends are trying to help me and I can't just leave them alone like that." She giggled happily trying to be nice and at the same time press the issue that she needed to get back to her normal self to help her friends. "Maybe we can talk later and have fun then?"
Tetsuo looked at Megumi, she was having a hard time, and he could tell. He leaned in closer to her and whispered in her ear. "Hey Megumi, Sorry but we won't stop fighting, You wanna know Why? Because I want to protect everyone, and that Includes you. We are teamate- no Friends, If I or we can't protect one person, then what's the point in being a ninja who can't even save a friend." Tetsuo whispered. He looked looked at the thugs in front of him. "Why can't we just talk with each other...Sigh oh well, what are you guys looking for, I can probably help, I have Byakugan, I can probably find what you are looking for" Tetsuo asked hoping they wouldn't attack him.
Kossetsu's kick hit the man straight in the face. With a sound of a crack, the man flew, towards the restaurant owner's way not out of his own free will. There he landed right next to the frightened owner. Blood spilled to taint the flowing sake with a crimson red.
While in Megumi's mind the two eyes seemed interested. "Friends? I am surprised you know such words. Keke~" The eyes glowed a bit, and then retracted. The door seemed to get farther away from reality "Until we meet again then~ Keke~" Megumi snapped back into reality. Tetsuo observing this saw that she came back.
The rest of the thugs, realizing that their teammate was taken down stopped what they were doing and surrounded Kossetsu. "He really is of the Descent!" one exclaimed to another.
"Indeed, the dragon's blood is strong within him." Before Kossetsu could react the four thugs proceeded to form a square around him, each at the corner performing the hand signals for a kinjutsu. Dragon Seal Release: Binding of the Great Beast. Strings of what seemed like four white threads bound Kossetsu, making him immobile. He could feel he chakra draining out of him. The thug smirked "We finally got one. Hehe..."
All the while the man in the corner was drinking his second bottle.
Kossetsu's face faltered, and he fell to his knees, clenching his fists as he felt his chakra draining. Bones, jagged and spiky, began jutting from his body as his chakra was forcefully interuppted, before absorbing back into his skin, the draining chakra forcing him to let go of his defensive reaction. Within seconds he was on his hands and knees, eyes glaring at the floor as he refused to cry or yell.
Blinking a couple of times Megumi finally realized that she was back again, and this was definitely no time to be sitting around. She slowly stood up taking a deep breath right before Setsu fell to his knees. "You all..." She disappeared from the sudden surge of speed appearing an instant later already pushing up in a hand stand mixed with a kick to knock one of the men farthest from the random one sitting down trying to ruin the jutsu they were performing on Setsu, off his feet.
Tetsuo clutched his hand. He hit the table, he felt weak, useless that he couldn't assist his friend. None of this would have happened if I just helped Setsu, Hopefully the same thing from the two years before doesn't happen again. We need help we can't win like this. I suddenly notice the man at the corner. I ran towards him. He stenched of sake. "Sir, please help us!"
The man that Megumi kicked got knocked down. The string around his wrist extened and seemed to pull some of the ribs out of Kossetsu. The other man startled by the interruption said "Fool! Do you know what you're doing? We can't have the beast's chakra channel all messed up!" The man instantly stood up. "sorry brother, but I got a brat to deal with. Could you take over?"
"It would take longer for the seal to work, but I guess we have no cho-" Smack, the man went flying to the other side, the string seemingly broken.
The others looked in confusion. Smack, smack, smack! Three more in the other direction. Out of the smoke stood a man with white hair, and the red eyes. He was the man drinking at the bar, but had a black cap on. Once Tetsuo approached him for help, the man had looked over and sighed. Tetsuo however immediately realized the red eyes that were staring at him.
The man stood tall in the clearing smoke.
"It would take more than that to take down a dragon." The man said retracting what seemed like long nailtips. The man took out his sunglasses that were taped over and put it on his face.
"It would seem" he said as he adjusted the glasses "we meet again, child." He said looking over the bound Kossetsu with a glare. The four men were getting up annoyed by this, and were heading out for the doors. The white haired men simply, looked at the worn out Kossetsu and did a 'release' and him, freeing him from the bonds. Kossetsu tried to move but felt pain as his bones were re-organizing themselves.
"It will take some time to heal up the bone." The man said as he gathered what looked like white energy to his palm and jabbed Kossetsu with it straight through the stomache. A bit of blood came out but not much.
"That is to re-orient your chakra. You are not a Dragon's Descent, so that jutsu won't affect you permanately. As for these villans." He said as he threw his Kunai at the four men running, pinning each of them to the wall. I leave the rest to you. He said as he was walking off.
Kossetsu lied on the ground, eyes glossy as he stared at the wooden floor. Abruptly, he shuddered, and long, jagged bone spikes jutted from his back, before abruptly sliding back into his skin with a wet tear and crack. Standing slowly, he lilted on his feet, before straightening and looking up. His golden eyes were hidden beneath long locks of white hair, as he walked slowly up to the man, shirt torn in too many places to even be called a 'shirt' anymore. "I have questions. Who are you, and what is a 'Dragon's Descent'?" He glanced over as Megumi came within a few feet.
Megumi as amazed at the fact that the man had taken out all of them so fast. She barely was able to slightly interrupt one. This only proved they needed more training, but more importantly it was the man that was with that old lady! Which means he knew who she was and where she was! No older person was nice to her, especially someone of that age, and on top of that she had healed her minor injuries too. Megumi wanted to meet her and learn about her. There was just something about her that Megumi had found inspiring and it seemed to drive her to want to meet her, maybe she knew more, she seemed wise...And after what just happened maybe she would know more to help her.
"Um Excuse me!" Megumi normally didn't interrupt, but she had to know and completely disreguarded that Setsu had already been trying to talk to the man. "I was wondering if you could tell me who that lady was from earlier...And um...I was hping you might introduce me...?" She was a little shy about it because she knew she was terribly imposing but she couldn't help it.
Tetsuo could not believe what had happened, He could have gone to the man first and none of this wouldn't have happened. He felt like punching the man but resisted the urge. He couldn't believe that he just stood there and watched Setsu get tortured. Tetsuo took out his scythe and one chakra blade. He ran at full speed to catch up with the thugs, which was a simple feat. Once he catched up with them he stood d in front of them. "Now gentlemen, may you tell me why you were after my friend there." Tetsuo said with a calm and threatened tone.
The man in the white gave a loud sigh. Then adjusting his sunglasses, he looked at the two children.
"I guess, I owe you guys an explanation. By Dragon's Descent, I am talking about the bloodline limit of the people of Xue. Our country is by in large, but uses the power of the Dragon embedded within the earth. My name is Tang Mei. I do not come from here as I said before, I am just here to escort the lady." He shifted a bit, as he again adjusted his sunglasses. "As for the lady, you ask" he said turning to Megumi "that would be Lana-Sama, the head leader of our clan. Our country is not like yours, we are in constant war, and each clan holds an estate in the country. If you wish to seek her, she may still be in the Hokage's place." Tang shrugged. Looking up to the cieling he sighed "Now if you have no more questions, if you will excuse me" he said as he started walking towards the exit.
The group of men seemed scared out of their minds. They were shaking.
"He-heh-heheheheahahaha!" One of them broke into a laugh. "You're not getting any information out of us punk." With that the man took out a tiny red pill, the size of a bead, and bit into it causing him to twitch out of control. The rest did the same. After a few glows of light, the men went limp.
Kossetsu wasn't going to be dismissed so easily. His brain was instantly piqued at the idea of 'war' going on; he had delved through numerous textbooks, searching for future places where strife seemed to stem from, so that, once he got stronger, he can help achieve peace there. But...this new country, it seemed ripe with war, and knowledge was power in that regards. His body felt like it was on fire, and his bones ached, but he was sure that a good night's rest would help - along with hiring a medic-nin. Still...he would press for answers, but he would also be careful on how to get them.
"Mei-san..." He called after a slight pause. The boy was in obvious discomfort, and his golden eyes were calm and seldom, but they seemed to be alight with an inner fire. "Can you tell me more about your country?" Obviously, asking for help, or even talking this much, wasn't comfortable.
Upon hearing the location of the old lady, and her name to top it off, Megumi tried to be civil and wait for the man to leave but then Kossetsu opened his mouth. before Tang could even reply to Setsu Megumi was already gone. She had no time to waste if Lady Lana was going to be leaving the village soon, and Megumi only knew where she'd be for a short while. She bounced from roof to roof getting to the Hokage's mansion as soon as she could. She just hoped that she wouldn't be too late.
Tetsuo began to laugh, it serves them right. Tetsuo closed his eyes and began to focus chakra into his eyes. "Byakugan!" Tetsuo exclaimed, he needed to focus a little bit of his chakra, because if he didn't, then he would run out of chakra, and you know what that means. Tetsuo began to inspect the bodies, extremely closely.
Upon inspecting the bodies, Tetsuo found that there still was chakra flowing. What was even stranger was that these Chakra seemed to be channeling towards a specific location. Before he could study where these went, the flow stopped, and a compression of the Chakra came within them. It became so dense that the bodies may not be able to take it in.
Tang stopped in his tracked. He looked back halfway with a solid glare and a frown at the question. Then he smiled, adjusted his sunglasses and said "That isn't for me to tell you." And walked off towards the exit.
"Tch, they're gonna explode....so much for research weak fools." Tetsuo began to run towards Setsu and grabbed him forcefully. He began to run away from the exploding thugs. He began to form some hand symbols, and exclaimed some words. "Futōn: Gale Palm!" He increased the strength and speed of the wind, utilizing Gale Palm as a propeller would put him out of harms way.
Tetsuo and Setsu successfully got out of the building before it collapsed in on itself. Then with a loud bang it blew up, a force so strong that it knocked down both of them to the ground. Once Megumi had gotten to the roof of the house she broke in using the window. In sudden exclamation she stood up. Hoping, to find the old lady, but alas she was already gone. Only the hokage stood confused at what was going on.
Upon looking at the room it appeared as though Lady Lana had alright left. Megumi had gotten really excited about meeting her and talking to her finally, but now the excited look on her face changed to a sad expression. Then it occured to her that the Hokage was still in the room...and staring at her...Megumi in response laughed slightly embarassed by the scene. "Um...No chance you know where Lady Lana went Lord Hokage?" Still laughing sheepishly hoping that he wouldn't be mad at her.
Rubble began to rain around Tetsuo, his face covered in dirt. It was easy to tell that this young man has fallen unconscious, after having an extremely weird day. He just begins to dream. Similarly, Setsuo fell onto his knees beside his friend, golden eyes glazed as he fell back onto his back and promptly passed out. A brief shudder ran through his body, and his back arched as his spine was briefly imprinted against his back, before it regained it's normal apeparance. A shadow covered them, blinking in the moonlight. A masked man was on top of these boys. Picking up the two boys he dissappeared in smoke. He placed the two on beds and called the medics over. He took off his mask approaching the Hokage's office revealing his light blue eyes.
The hokage turned to the little girl "Why if it isn't Megumi? What a pleasant surprise!" He said smiling. His voice was soft and genlte, with no harm to it. He approached her, "Oh Lady Lana is not here anymore, you just missed her." He said smiling. "The next time you come in though, I suggest using the door." He said pointing at the door.
Kaito was visible at the door. He saw Megumi, and gave her the usual blank expression. "Hokage-sama, I have news to report" He said eyeing his student.
The Hokage's smile seemed to dissapate as he answered "Is that so. Well, Megumi do come again sometime, but unfortunately I don't have more time today."
Megumi was ushered out by the jounins that stood guard at the doors. While she was leaving she heard something about an explosion? Terror?
Megumi rushed over to where she'd left Setsu and Tetsu. In place of the building they had been in there was just scattered rubble everywhere. Her eyes quickly widened in the realization that this is what she'd overheard, or at least that's what it would seem to be. She didn't see either of them anywhere, maybe sensei had taken them to the hospital and that'ss how he knew about all of this? Yeah that had to be it! Megumi once more began jumping over rooftops to reach the hospital rushing in barely able to stop at the front desk without killing anyone from knocking them over. "Where are they!?" Of course the person at the front desk might have the slightest chance of knowing where the two were, but she was too worried to think about actually giving their names to them.
