Personality: He is a battle hardened warrior who believes in God & country above everything else. He knows the evil humanity can cause and will do absolutely anything to stop the madmen.
History: As a child he witnessed terrorism first hand, he made a vow that day to eradicate all terrorists from the face of the Earth no matter the cost. When he turned eighteen he joined the Marines. After bootcamp he was shipped off the the Middle East, only one tour of duty was spent state side, he was forced to take over as a drill instructor. When the US Government discovered he was one of the Subjects they pulled him from the Middle East to hunt down the evil mutants. He was shown video footage of an evil mutant that destroyed a city before it could be killed.

His standing orders are to capture alive with as little damage as possible. If capture is not possible he is ordered to execute them with extreme prejudice no matter what the age of the evil mutant. He would prefer to hunt down and kill every single one because they all must pay for the thousands of deaths in the city that was destroyed. He was also given a second standing order, any he encountered working for a foreign government were to be treated exactly the same as all the others.
