Curiouser & Curiouser
A slight cough, a brief protest from the lungs at the intrusion of the fungus spores, followed by a swift shake of Eveline's head before looking down as the strange jeweled woman started up the tree at a rather fluid place. She titled her head as the messenger boy...err girl...person, she would work at the pronoun later, finally reached her mushroom perch. Grinning brightly she waved slightly giggling before reaching up easily removing one of the flowers from her crown offering it out towards the boy, catching sight of how eery her pale skin looked betwix the black powder and the purple light it almost seemed like it grew as if the light was seeping through it. Her eyes widen slightly as she slowly turned her arm back and forth curiously, 'How strange...' she thought wordlessly before turning her eyes back towards the other occupant on her platform, tilting her head as she observed the boy. He was definitely feminine in feature, and was as covered in the strange powder as she was, the bright red flower in her head seemed untainted by the substance. The sharp angry hoot of an owl caught her attention as she turned her gaze slightly back towards the light, it seemed to be a lantern of sorts, her curiosity growing more and more as she briefly meet the state of two glowing eyes perched behind the source of the purple light. Eveline smiled brightly at it, before the jarring words of the foreigner reached hers, another brief look of annoyance crosses the girls face before turning to look below her seeing the strange woman wave, more so salute the two of them rattling off a rather long name. 'Do all strangers have such long names..' She wondered tilting her head curiously once more, before giddily mimicking the strange woman's salute, debating on offering her a flower as well. She didn't have many, a brief thought towards whether the strange forest held flowers abundantly as hers did or would she have to hunt for them. This place was rather strange but she didn't feel any trepidation at all.
