This bit makes me think differently though. Since an ESPer could just slap a pack into their Madou and go wild.

Though I guess with this little bit, you could say that it's incompatible with ESPers, but ESPers should be really mentally strong given the basis of their ability is mental and the registration to brainwave [i]shouldn't[/i] do anything weird, since it seems that Madou has nothing registered to it before someone first equips it.
