Before I go forward, I must ask, would either of you be comfortable switching your characters to be male? We have a few female Cyborgels already and I'd like to have a bit more diversity.

I don't mind. It would be the same general apperance for me (would change the photo of course) and I would change the name to Liron. I won't be able to make the changes until after I get out of work though.

Already looks like a guy to me. Google seems to think so as well if you do an image search.

I've had that comment before x3 But to me it is definitely a girl - you can see the shape of a small bust if you look. I was going to use the photo my friend had drawn of her (I found it easier to reimagine a character I already had since efficiency ~) but, she had her sword in those pictures and I didn't want to confuse people you know? So I used a photo from the internet which was scary like her.

I don't have that problem but I always pre-write within notepad and just copy it over to the reply box when I'm ready. Also means I have records of every RP post so I can keep a tab on details and such.

@Ruki Unfortunately, Liron could not be used for terrorism. Desium Corp are the only people who could rewire angels at all into Cyborgels, and thus he would have been given a career by the government. It would take years before specialists would rehash information to the public for general cyborgel fix ups, so it's not like he could have been programmed to do that later as well. Also, I asked for five words for the personality, I expect five words for the personality. Most of the things you put into 'career' fall under 'bio.'

Career should basically be a job description, and most of the things placed under it in your CS go into Appearance and Bio.

OK, I'll get to the changes when I'm home. While I'm thinking of a different career/use, do you think it is possible you can give some suggestions as to what he could be used for? Originally I had thought something like search and rescue/disaster relief, but it looked like another character already had something similar and I didn't want to step on toes, you know?

I was also toying with the idea of him working for the government against terrorist/rebel/etc., but the cyber angels aren't used typically in that capacity if I recall correctly.

Hm... maybe a firefighter to go off the first idea, but like forest variety. Would that be OK? So I know I'm going in the right direction before I make changes.

From previous posts it does not appear to me that a military Cybergel is out of the question. That said they would need to have no resistance to their masters or they would be scrapped. Don't want a rogue weapon on the loose if it can be prevented.

Also I am drawing a blank on what to do for my character since I must change it. Perhaps I shall wait in joining until I have something a little more solid in mind.

@Ruki@t2wave If you want to, you could always play a human or demon. A human would probably give you the most freedom in regards to career creativity and depending on your character skills you could be a disaster relief or trained military/swat. My character is a pen pusher who is a demon. I can have a lot of fun writing about boring days at work and meetings (something I haven't done much of before) but because she's a demon I can explore a bit of the darker side of the world.

As for the rogue weapon/OP possibility... that comes down to the person(s) writing. Even simple scissors can be an OP class weapon if the writer wishes so. People don't have to win every fight and sometimes forcing a loss can lead to a better startling because it may NOT be what people expect.

Oh I don't have any doubt about that. I was merely making an observation. If I enslaved someone and deliberately turned them into a weapon of any kind I would not tolerate any level of decent. Especially if I understood the true nature of them being there. Make sense?

Back! Sorry for my absence, when I wanted to get on last night, my ISP shut off my service. I'm at the library right now and getting my Internet back tomorrow, but I'll have my post up here in a bit ^^;

So, turns out I actually need to wait until tomorrow to post. I just have to clear something with Fairess, but, I promise, I will have my next post up tomorrow, come Hell or high water
