I know what I say in this doesn't matter, however when I read over your CS, I got the impression that he could only manipulate his body and not that of another, so I don't see how this is relevant at all to be quite honest. Not to mention manipulating a person's [i]genes[/i] (<- The impression I'm getting from his powers, though like stated above I didn't see any note that he could manipulate another person's body) and manipulating person's [i]nervous system[/i] are two completely different things...
