Knife Manipulation: Bill can create and manipulate knives in various ways. How creates his weapons is that they grow out of his body when he wills them to be created. These knives can be of any kind and he is able control them like he has telekinesis.  

Skills: expert criminal, great knowledge of gang violence and warfare. Excellent street fighter and boxer.
