Casual it is then, I will put the OOC/IC up in the Casual section once I have it written up. Also [@Pacifista] that seems like it would work great, allows for some learning experience for the characters as they try to adapt to a strange new world and come to terms with the losses they may have had from the war. By the way I didn't plan on having this be a large group, up to five people max, hope that is okay for everyone
