Alister scratched his head lightly still, finally running his fingers through his hair to merely rest his hands upon his legs as he leant to sit upwards again. "Well.. I'd still say that most would get pretty upset for being put in such a position... But thank you for your kindness, miss Tully." He blinked, pondering the instance if he'd actually ask someone willingly to partake in loss of blood, he found the idea a slight amusing as his lip twitched slightly. "Probably... I'm not sure which way it would've gone though." His akward smile once again forced upon his lip, then tilting his head slightly at the question. "Well... As I recall... There's a deep and constant ache, it's painful to begin with, but somehow reliving as well." His voice rang wearily, swallowing slightly at even recalling the process of it all. "One finds themselves... In a slow-settling haze, a pleasant feeling in the long-term. But of course.. There are times when one ventures too far, and ends up in the eternal abyss." His eyes flickered up at the woman, tilting his head as she seemed ever curious of his nature. He leant forwards, a little driven by a constant reminder of her heartbeat. "Would you like to try it, miss Tully?" It was faint, but a small grin formed at the edge of his lip.
