Personality: 
A very shy girl, Amelia has difficulty talking to and interacting with others. When force to do so, she often shuts up and interacts through non-verbal means, unless she absolutely has to talk. When she does though, she tends to speak very quietly and can be hard to hear. Amelia tends to enjoy the simpler things in life and likes to take things slowly, partially because of her heart condition (see Misc.) and partially because she feels one should just take their time and enjoy what they have and what's around them while they can.

One of Amelia's most prominent personality traits is her extreme lack of self-confidence. Having never been allowed to do anything by herself, she has no confidence to do anything on her own and build it up. As such, she can come off as a bit of a Negative Nancy, at least when it comes to her or her abilities.

Amelia also has a case of Phonophobia, or a fear of loud noises.

Hobbies/Talents*: 
Despite what she might say, Amelia is a very talented artist and is capable of drawing very life-like drawings if given enough time. She does not like others looking at her work, thinking it's bad and therefore not worth being shown to others.

Past/History: Hailing from Lavender Town, Amelia has lived a sheltered existence all her life. From the moment of her birth, something was not quite right with her heart, leading many in town to believe she had been cursed by the Ghost-Type Pokémon that inhabited the cemetery that the town was known for.

Because of this, Amelia was usually never allowed to do anything alone. Someone was with her at all times, incase her heart ever attacked up and she needed medical treatment. She always had help with everything she did and she was often prohibited from participating in other activities the other children where doing.

The only time Amelia was not supervised was when she snuck out of her house at night to visit the cemetery. She would often spend most of the night there, among the Ghost-type Pokémon and she gradually grew to love them. Among the Pokémon she befriended there was a Litwick that was the total opposite of her, not lacking in confidence and often getting into fights with other Pokémon. After a while, she began acting as it's trainer, battling the other Ghost-types there and forming a bound with it.

Now ten and tired of being cooped up, Amelia has taken what little money she has and some possessions to run away from home and go on her own journey, her only companion being the Litwick she befriended.

Misc.
Amelia has a heart condition that causes her intense pain at best when she puts herself under too much physical or mental stress. At worse, she coughs up blood and passes out after the coughing fit passes.
