[/quote] I personally would like the option. (As said, everything that isn't the bare minimal core feature should be opt-out.) That, and on the assumption that most people are reasonable enough beings, managing a list like that would be a nuisance rather than useful. 

Or perhaps divide it into two thusly:
*Full management (add/remove)
*Restrict only (auto-add/bar from IC-posting)
