Biography: 

Luna's life has been hectic since she was born, when she was named a Saint by the English church. Growing up, however, she showed no indication of earning that title. She couldn't fight, she couldn't learn magic, she couldn't even memorize a grimiore. Eventually, people started calling her the "empty Saint". Despite the anger and confusion directed at her from some people, however, she is still a very influential member of the church, and when a chance came to help broaden the ties between magic and science, she was chosen to visit academy city.

There, she agreed to go through some tests, just to satisfy some curious scientists. It was discovered that the reason she cannot use magic is because she emits energy similar to an AIM field, but different enough that she couldn't be classified as an esper, especially since she exhibited no ability.

After that, she took up residence at Hybrid Academy, fulfilling her duty to oversee the next generation of hybrid students.

Personality: Luna is... unique. She's clumsy, flighty and forgetful, and often winds up making trouble for people. However, because of her always upbeat attitude, people tend not to stay angry at her. She's also easily discouraged, so when dealing with her it's often necessary to assure her that not everything is her fault.
