Otonashi Shizuka
For a long moment Wataru was sure he had offended the girl. Panicking slightly, he ran one hand through his hair, wondering if perhaps it was a mess or... Luckily her expression soon relaxed, at least a little bit. 'Otonashi-san, then? I look forward to studying together; let's have a good year.' Flashing a genuine smile, he mentally analysed the girl and her reactions; Otonashi was nervous, furtive. She seemed embarrassed by her level, which he could understand; most of their classmates would likely be 3s and 4s. Wataru himself was only a low level 3, so he could sympathise. 'Do you mind if I ask-' His question was cut off by the entrance of that blue woman, presumably their homeroom teacher. Giving Otonashi a friendly wink, Wataru faced forward and gathered his class materials.
Shizuka looked up from her workbench, realizing that she had been reminiscing. The last few days went by like a blur, and due to her reticent nature, she hadn't had much opportunity to speak with her classmates much or make any friends. In that time however, she did manage to join the electronics club and was currently trying to make small noisemaking devices. She wondered what it was Wataru wanted t oask her before he was interrupted. Then she remembered him winking at her and got hot in the face. She also remembered Ria stripping, that made her blush even harder. Then the sprinklers went off, supposedly the culprit still hadn't been found. She tried to think of something else. There were a lot of rumors flying about, supposedly some dangerous psychopath had attacked Hoshira-sensei, and somehow Jistudan was involved, or maybe that was just rumor. The only concrete piece of information that she knew was that a school guard was killed, or did he die from natural causes? Like the rest of Academy City, the school had a way of covering up violent disturbances. Ugh, all these thoughts flying through her head, she couldn't really concentrate on soldering circuitry. She decided to take a break and sat on a stool to the side and reached into her bag to pull out her portable gaming device. However, she felt something in her bag that she didn't recognize and pulled it out. it was a small metal hammer, with the striking head pointed to most easily crack glass. At the bottom of the handle was a cut chain, and along the handle were instructions for breaking the glass of a fire alarm. Shizuka stared at the hammer curiously, while a fellow electronics club member who happened to be in the room stared incredulously and ran out into the hallway to find the nearest JUDGMENT student to report this to.
