Personality
Tulu is a calm knowledgable individual but cautious before taking any decisions or actions. He carefully thinks out any course of action taking into account all the facts and possible scenarios. He is quite sarcastic often expressing his deepest friendships through witty comments but also a deep set loyalty. He is a promising young doctor although the guilt of keeping his abilities secret and leading a double life is constantly at battle with his honesty, as well as his moral dilemma over the use of blood bending that also rages inside him, He cares for Frejya as a close colleague and friend and highly disapproves of her using the invention for many reasons.

Agent of the White Lotus within the hospital to observe the effects of the invention on those that manage to make it to hospital in time.
