 if he was indeed talking about the cia, and i googled does cia use paint.net, then why did it come up with the actual CIA torturing people
 and why did he not know that cia.edu was a website for the cleveland institute of art
 it is now clear that drew's (aka Antarus) claims that the CIA used these professional techniques are false, and that he got this from a random website
