James smiled as he slowly woke up in his room, jumping right out of bed, knocking out the earphones that had ‘Fire’ playing on repeat all night long. Pulling a red collared shirt and some jeans on he left the room and walked downstairs to the restaurant area, seeing Vern by herself. James wasn’t too close to anyone at the inn since dragons weren’t seen as the friendliest type of unhuman, but James wasn’t that bad… unless he got angry. That was probably the clincher now that he thought about it. Nobody would like being friends with someone that scares them. Breaking out of his thoughts to see Vern he gave a weaker smile than normal given the thought pattern uncharacteristic of his normal extreme happiness or extreme anger, and sat on one of the tables casually, trying to think if there was any more he could make more friends so maybe he’d be angry less.
