Well you can attempt to make an original alien species; however, I will need to approve it before it can become a playable character.  If it really is just a 'subspecies' of saiyan though, I'll probably not approve it.

[@NubianLegend]: A Namekian who for some reason is attracted to the female body?  Lol, well certainly seems entertaining, character looks good for the most part.

[@Rune_Alchemist]: Looks good for the most part however...Glimmer Blast seems a little much.  The Kamehameha and Galick gun are both rather powerful techniques that take a little bit of time to concentrate the necessary ki, so being able to fire multiple shots in rapid succession seems a little much.  Needs some adjustment otherwise all it basically just becomes rapid fire Kamehamehas.
